Production Overview

  • Production Capacity: A strong network of smallholder farmers and cooperative suppliers capable of delivering specialty micro-lots and high-volume shipments.

  • Sourcing Regions: Sidama, Yirgacheffe, Harer, Lekempt, Limu, and Djimma—regions known for exceptional cup profiles.

  • Elevation: Farms situated between 1,700–2,200 masl, producing dense, flavor-rich beans.

  • Varieties: Ethiopian heirloom Arabica varieties such as Wolisho, Kurume, and Dega.

Processing Methods

  • Washed (Fully Washed): Clean, bright, floral notes.

  • Natural (Sun-Dried): Sweet, fruit-forward, full-bodied profiles.

  • Honey Process: Limited production with unique hybrid characteristics.
